• Account details: name, email, phone number, and (for vendors) CNIC or NTN where required.
• Booking details: check-in and check-out dates, guest count, property preferences.
• Payment metadata: transaction identifiers processed via our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, and anonymised analytics.

• To create and secure your account.
• To process bookings and payments in PKR.
• To communicate confirmations, receipts, and important service notices.
• To improve the Platform and prevent fraud or abuse.

We share only the information needed to complete a booking:

• With the vendor whose property you book (name, contact, stay details).
• With payment processors licensed to operate in Pakistan.
• With authorities where required by Pakistani law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. Despite reasonable safeguards, no Internet service is 100% secure.

• Access or correct your personal data from your account settings.
• Request deletion of your account by contacting support.
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand Platform usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

The Platform is not intended for users under 18.

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice.
