The rules that keep DreamStay fair for guests and vendors.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally resident in Pakistan (or a visitor holding valid identification) to create an account, book a stay, or list a property.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate CNIC or passport details when requested for verification.
• DreamStay may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable Pakistani law.

• All prices are displayed and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Applicable taxes, including Sales Tax on Services levied by provincial authorities, may apply.
• Confirmed bookings are subject to the cancellation policy shown on each listing.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method in PKR.

• Vendors must own or be legally authorised to list the property offered.
• Listings must accurately describe rooms, amenities, and prices in PKR.
• Vendors confirm they have a stable internet connection to complete onboarding and to keep availability, pricing, and bookings up to date.
• Vendors must comply with local hospitality, taxation, and safety regulations.

Guests are expected to respect the property, follow house rules, and not use the property for any unlawful activity. Damages may be charged to the guest.

DreamStay is a booking platform connecting guests with independent property vendors. The contract for the stay is between the guest and the vendor. DreamStay is not the owner of listed properties.

• No misuse of the Platform for fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or interference with Platform operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, DreamStay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising out of your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karachi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
